Job Title: Vessel Docking Specialist

The Vessel Docking Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient docking and undocking of vessels in the port. This involves managing the berthing process, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations.

This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing the berthing process, from vessel arrival to departure, and managing a team of personnel who are involved in this process.

• Manage the berthing process, from vessel arrival to departure
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations
• Oversee the operation of the terminal
• Monitor and control the flow of vessels and cargo

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marine engineering, logistics, or management)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
• Familiarity with maritime safety and environmental regulations
