Senior Programme Manager, Amazon Transportation Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation
- Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organisations
- Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritise improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish
- Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. You will work closely with senior leadership to establish and prioritise improvement programmes, and drive improvements across a range of teams and organisations.

Requirements- A degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organisational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
- Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment
