Commercial Building Surveyor

As an Expert Commercial Building Surveyor, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for a range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, and Party Wall Matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Technical Due Diligence assessments to inform clients on property condition and potential risks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient delivery within budget and time constraints.
  • Provide expert guidance on Contract Administration, Dilapidations, and Party Wall matters, mitigating potential disputes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior surveyors, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Building Surveyor with a strong understanding of relevant building regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
