Job Description

At Arm Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled SoC Design Engineer to join our Systems Development team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the specification, design, and verification of compute subsystems for various application segments.

Responsibilities
  • Design engineers will have in-depth understanding across all elements contributing to successful product delivery.
  • Your key responsibilities include writing micro-architecture specifications, developing RTL, and running design checks.
  • You will work with the verification team to review test plans and help debug design issues, and collaborate with the implementation team to optimize designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience in RTL design for complex SoC development using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
  2. Knowledge in static design checks, synthesis, and timing analysis, power management techniques, power, and clock domain crossing.
  3. Understanding of computer architecture fundamentals and practical experience working on processor-based system designs.
  4. Knowledge of shell programming/scripting (e.g., TCL, Perl, Python).
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
