This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering internal audits and investigations across the business. They will evaluate the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of financial controls, provide high-quality internal audit reports to management and the Audit Committee, and follow up on agreed management actions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a recognized accountancy qualification (CCAB), at least 3 years post-qualifying experience in financial controls, excellent communication and report writing skills, knowledge of IFRS and financial controls best practices, and experience in relevant industries (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, retail).
