About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced swimming instructor to join our team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre.

As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for providing professional and friendly tuition to both adults and juniors, ensuring that all pupils are kept in a safe and secure environment.

You will also be expected to plan lessons, develop programs, and keep accurate records of attendances.

Additionally, you may be offered mutually convenient bookings for swimming lessons with clients, subject to demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to adults and juniors
  • Ensure the safety and security of all pupils
  • Plan and develop swimming programs
  • Keep accurate records of attendances
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Qualified ASA Level swimming instructor
  • First aid qualification
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety issues
  • Understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service
