Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Primary School SEN Support Specialist in Hull.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a First Class Psychology Graduate with previous school-based experience to work with SEN pupils in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide practical support to teachers and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and senior management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A First Class degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure their success in this role.
