Job Title: Client And Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client And Marketing Executive to join our team at Nurtur Ltd. As a key member of our Communications Managed department, you will be responsible for delivering marketing packages to our clients efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our UK-based copywriting team to produce high-quality, targeted, and results-driven content.
  • Collaborate with our production teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are creative, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Ensure that each marketing campaign is thoroughly proofed to ensure accuracy, grammar, and spelling.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns to clients and respond to feedback and amendments promptly and efficiently.
  • Distribute marketing campaigns on behalf of clients and review their success.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients and use your creative mindset to build high-quality bespoke marketing campaigns.
  • Use our CRM system to log interactions with clients and access information about them.
  • Proactively manage relationships with clients to ensure they remain happy with the service and flag any potential issues or risks with your team leader.
  • Support other areas within the business to provide the best possible customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Creative mindset to produce high-quality content.
  • Knowledge of content creation and design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.

Working Arrangements:

This role will be based out of our Brief Your Market office commercial building in Little Eaton with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities. The working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available after the probation period is passed.
