Front Office Operations Specialist

Banor Capital is an award-winning investment management company seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining broker and prime broker relationships, trade settlement, portfolio reconciliation, cash and margin management, and issue resolution with fund administrators and counterparties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong numerical background, proficiency in coding languages such as VBA and Python, and experience working with internal systems and project work. You will also be expected to grow into a risk management role, utilizing your analytical skills to monitor and improve our strategies.
In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate with experienced portfolio managers and traders to provide real-time support and take ownership of significant operational duties. With access to resources and experienced professionals, you will be granted significant autonomy in the role.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health and dental insurance, gym membership, and complimentary fruit and snacks.
