Cardiology Nurse Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse to join our award-winning specialist cardiology team at Spire Nottingham Hospital. As a Cardiology Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest levels of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake clinical procedures that require dexterity and accuracy, including scrubbing for routine and complex cardiology procedures.
  • Assist in the non-invasive cardiology services within the Outpatient Department and Surgical Ward departments.
  • Pre-assessment on cath lab patients and assist with cardiology patient care.
  • Current TAVI experience is essential, including scrub trolley preparation and TAVI valve preparation.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration with no restrictions on practice.
  • At least 2 years' experience within a cardiac catheter lab scrubbing for routine and complex cardiology procedures.
  • Flexible approach to work and working patterns.
  • Previous scrub experience is essential, experience with EPS Ablation would be a distinct advantage.
