We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Placement. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, develop their skills and knowledge, and establish a lasting career with a leading hotel group.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team members, receiving continuous guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring all their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop knowledge and skills in each student placement, taking responsibility for delivering high standards of service.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve exceptional customer service.
- Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment.
- Be fully conversant with our culture, working practices, and product knowledge.
- Provide the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all guest needs and expectations are met.
- Be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
About You
We are looking for a student who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is committed to developing their skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. Previous experience is not essential, as we will provide full training.
Requirements:
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
- Must currently be studying for a 3rd level qualification.
- Smart, well-groomed professional appearance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.
