Premier Inn Senior Housekeeper - Carclaze St Austell

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Housekeeper to join our team at the Premier Inn in St Austell. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay with us.

As a Senior Housekeeper, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, and providing support to other departments as needed. You will also be involved in monitoring guest feedback and making suggestions for improvements to our services and facilities.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a busy environment.


Salary: Up to £12.59 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: St Austell Premier Inn, Treverbyn Rd, Saint Austell PL25 4EL


  • What you'll do:
  • Lead the housekeeping team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, train new staff members, and monitor quality control.
