Digital ASIC Design Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Manager to join a growing Semiconductor company developing communications technology that is helping to pave the way for AI scaling.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 10-15 digital IC design engineers and be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and driving engineering execution for the digital frontend design group.

The Digital ASIC Design Manager will work closely with the analog IC design, backend design, and verification teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement and be the technical authority during sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of digital IC design engineers
  • Drive engineering execution for the digital frontend design group
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve design flow
  • Be the technical authority during sign-off

Requirements:

  • At least a decade of experience working within Digital IC / ASIC / SoC Design
  • A strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from RTL coding through to physical design
  • Hands-on expertise with Verilog / SystemVerilog
  • A good understanding of high-speed / low-power designs
  • Proven experience working within a technical leadership role
