We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Search People. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with all aspects of health, safety, and environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct health and safety risk assessments and audits for various commercial clients across different sectors.
- Provide bespoke health and safety documentation and management systems to our clients' customers.
- Carry out and create fire risk assessments and specific client risk assessments.
- Create health and safety management reports and identify client requirements through surveying client premises and conducting safety audits.
- Advise, guide, and coach all personnel with the implementation of company procedures and ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with contracted services.
- Advise on current occupational H&S and environmental legislation and conduct audits and inspections of health and safety practices across the business.
- Client training as required to their service and use of their health and safety management system.
- Technical consultancy knowledge and engaging health and safety professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach.
- Recognised IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and NEBOSH Fire, IFE/IFSM Member (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and adaptable team member.
This is a home-based role with regional travel in your area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious, high-profile fast-growing team and contribute to the health and safety culture across the business.
