Job Title: Senior Regional Advertising Producer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Advertising Producer to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our global advertising production team, you will be responsible for managing advertising production across all brands and categories in Europe and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advertising production strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage production projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative agencies, and production companies
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure best value for Unilever
  • Provide expert guidance on production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with Unilever's brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand teams, creative agencies, and production companies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising production management, preferably in a global or regional role
  • Strong understanding of production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
