Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Apprentice to join our team at Liberty Global. As an Accounting & Finance Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, data analysis, and financial modeling. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and development of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform data analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our finance team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA etc.) or a graduate (2.1 or above) who is keen to embark on an accounting qualification.
  • Previous experience within a finance/accounting environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
