Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 3rd line support and troubleshooting for escalated IT issues.
  2. Manage and maintain cloud environments, primarily within Microsoft Azure.
  3. Administer and support Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  4. Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VLANs.
  5. Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  6. Implement and maintain security best practices across all IT systems.
  7. Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
  8. Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions.
  9. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support Engineer role or similar.
  2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including VM management, networking, and security.
  3. Extensive experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  4. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, and VLANs.
  5. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
