We are seeking an experienced professional to lead high-end residential projects across London. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee JCT contracts, manage project teams, and ensure top-tier standards in safety, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and consultant relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Supervise project teams and sub-contractors to maintain commercial success and adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of JCT contracts and lead project scheduling, timeline management, and EOT claims.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive commercial success.

Requirements:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, MCIOB.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential construction.
  • Expertise in JCT contracts and construction law.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
