About the Role

NXGN is seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team. As a CBT Practitioner, you will work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, helping them to understand and overcome their challenges through evidence-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group CBT sessions to clients with varying mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Accreditation with BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) or eligibility for accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing CBT, ideally within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
