Job Description

This role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). They will also have evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and experience of working in hospital pharmacy settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical support and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
  • Conducting audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective prescribing practices
  • Developing and implementing education programs for healthcare professionals on medication management and safety

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide excellent benefits, including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
