Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at VickerStock. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical systems and products.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in mechanical design engineering and a strong background in 3D design software such as Solidworks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements
- Develop and maintain design documentation and standards
- Conduct design reviews and ensure design meets quality and safety standards
- Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical design engineering
- Strong background in 3D design software such as Solidworks
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in an engineering related subject
- Strong communication and people skills
