Senior Care Worker

As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the holistic care needs of our residents. You will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.

This will enable you to develop your skills and progress in your career, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest care practices and technologies.
Your role will involve providing and promoting positive work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation. You will also work closely with care staff in your department and wider teams to achieve outcomes in collaboration with all departments within the care service.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the holistic care needs of individuals using the service.
