Clinical Lead Position at Menlo Park

We are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at Menlo Park. As a clinical lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading the Nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and contribute to the growth of our primary care practice.

About the Practice:

  • Training practice with small patient list size
  • Forward-thinking organization with exceptional patient care
  • Opportunity to develop clinical special interests in Diabetes, Women's Health, etc.
  • Strong multi-disciplinary team with Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Nurses, Physiotherapists, Physician Associates
  • SystmOne Clinical System

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Nursing team
  • Manage a flexible clinical workload
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our primary care practice

What We Offer:
