About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital PR Manager to join our team at ICS. As a key member of our Digital PR team, you will be responsible for leading multiple campaigns, developing outreach strategies, and working closely with clients to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital PR campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, KPIs are hit, and budgets are adhered to.
  • Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and pitch PR concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Scope Campaigns: Identify data sources, key angles, and media targets to inform campaign development and execution.
  • Brief Team Members: Provide clear guidance and support to team members on campaign elements, working to an agreed roadmap and timings.
  • Set Media Strategy: Develop and review media lists for targeted outreach, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Review and Offer Feedback: Review press releases and written content, offering constructive feedback to support the development of other team members.
  • Resolve Campaign Issues: Identify new angles for press outreach and resolve any campaign issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with Clients: Keep clients informed on campaign progress, offering consultancy on calls and through written communications.
  • Report Results: Collaborate with other service lines to report on results, successes, and learnings from campaigns.
  • Support New Business Pitches: Contribute to new business pitches, identifying opportunities and working on written proposals and pitches to clients.
About You
  • Proven Experience: You have a proven track record in a Digital PR Manager role, delivering successful PR campaigns and achieving targeted results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with journalists, clients, and press release writing.
  • Strategic Thinking: You are able to think strategically and creatively, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Leadership Skills: You have the ability to lead by example, providing ongoing support to the wider team.
  • Time Management: You possess solid time-management and organisational skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Understanding of Digital PR: You have a solid understanding of creative and reactive link-earning campaigns, as well as SEO and analytics.
