We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Prime Life Limited. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and beverages in accordance with our residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
- Conduct quality checks on food prepared and stored to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Plan and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and tastes of our residents.
- Assist with food service to ensure a dignified and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to company policies and food safety regulations.
- A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
- Experience in a culinary role, preferably with a Food Hygiene and/or Catering qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of pay, ranging from £8.72 to £8.91 per hour, dependent on qualification level.
