Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clerical Services Coordinator. You will be working closely with our healthcare professionals to provide administrative support to our patients. Your main responsibilities will include responding to incoming telephone calls, updating patient records, processing and booking outpatient appointments, maintaining confidentiality and working collaboratively with other members of the team.
Requirements
* GCSE (or equivalent) in four subjects, one to be English* Good standard of education* Experience in clerical post* Advantageous: PAS/ERS experience
Salary
The salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
