Job Title: Care Assistant

We are currently seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication, and meal preparation.
  • Assisting clients with light household duties and promoting independence to enable them to do as much as possible for themselves.
  • Providing companionship and a listening ear to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure that clients receive a high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new staff members.
  • Kind and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Flexible availability, including a commitment to work alternate weekends.
  • Able to drive and have a valid license, with access to a vehicle.
