The Company:

Our client, a leading event production agency, is seeking a highly skilled AV Events Production Manager to join their team. The company specializes in producing and delivering high-quality events, including conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and product launches throughout the UK and overseas.

The Role:

As an AV Events Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing event solutions for a wide range of projects, managing key creative, technical, and logistical elements. Your duties will include:

  • Client liaison and communication
  • Participating in initial creative briefs and providing technical specifications
  • Selecting and managing suppliers
  • Conducting site visits and overseeing pre-production planning
  • Managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery
  • On-site management and coordination

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a proven track record in event production. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a production agency or AV company, with exposure to both live and virtual events.
