With an estimated salary ranging from £28,000 to £41,000 annually, this opportunity presents a chance to grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Team

The maternity services at our trust are committed to providing evidence-based practice and partnering with women and their families. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to upholding and maintaining the highest standards of care.

We are on a supported improvement journey following our 2023 CQC inspection, and we have recently opened a dedicated maternity triage department with associated safety measures.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of region-wide escalation and support
  3. Contribute to ensuring that women, birthing people, and their families' voices are heard and changes implemented
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Evidence of Preceptorship programme completion or willingness to work towards it
  • PROMPT or other relevant emergency skills qualification
  • Level 3 Safeguarding Training
