Job Responsibilities

- Develop a thorough understanding of all business line services and their key deliverables.">
- Attend casualties, assessing the nature, extent, and cause of damages.">
- Estimate repair costs and prepare detailed reports for clients.">
- Engage in business development by promoting ABL Group's Engineering Consulting services to local and international clients.">
- Support marketing initiatives for the business line and its services.">
- Maintain a billable utilization rate of over 60%.">
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.">
- Ensure strict adherence to company QHSE policies, procedures, work systems, and regulations at all ABL premises, project sites, and client locations.">
About You
">- ">
- A qualified Chief Engineer or Master Mariner or equivalent with significant survey / consultancy-related experience and/or training is required.">
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience is necessary.">
- Demonstrate working knowledge of industry standards and codes and the ability to apply standards.">
- Strong decision-making, technical, and analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence are essential.">
- Delivers accurate, high-quality work on time with effective multitasking.">
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.">
- A assertive, proactive, and ethically grounded individual with a professional demeanor is needed.">
- Highly organized, self-directed, and commercially savvy individuals are preferred.">
- Outgoing, pragmatic, and strong team players are ideal candidates.">

- An estimated salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered.">
- The role is based in London, although it is a hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility to working hours and travel to onsite attendance.">
