Sense is a leading charity that supports people with complex disabilities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team in Seaton, Devon.

About the Role

This role includes supporting six adults with Learning Disabilities in Seaton, Devon. Your primary responsibility will be to empower individuals to live independent lives by providing personal care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to individuals
  • Supporting daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with finances, medication, and wellbeing
  • Accompanying individuals on trips and outings into the community
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals

Benefits and Salary

This role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • A generous annual leave entitlement of 24 days plus bank holidays
