At Eltham Hair Studio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hair colour expert to lead our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality hair services to join our salon.

About the Role

As a senior hair colour expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, overseeing daily operations, and leading the team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Specialize in air touch, balayage, and classic highlights techniques
* Maintain a positive and creative environment within the salon
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Multitask and keep the salon organized to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience in hair coloring and salon management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Part-time, £14-£15 hourly rate with extra tips and commission. English Advanced language proficiency is required. A flexible schedule, working Wednesday-Saturday, is essential for this role.
