Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Recruiter to join our team in North and South Wales. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies to attract and resourcing potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including social media and local networks.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote City and County Healthcare Group Ltd.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Good standard level of education required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in partnership with others.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
