Senior Property Manager Professional

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled and experienced property management professional seeking to advance their career with a dynamic and expanding Property Management Group in Scotland.
Based at the head office in Glasgow, you will have the opportunity to lead a complex portfolio of properties, managing relationships with customers and contractors while instructing and monitoring repairs. Your technical knowledge of the residential property field and strong communication skills will enable you to effectively manage customer insurance claims and conduct regular property visits.
The successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow and possess prior experience working in a similar role. A full, clean driving license is also required.
