Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers to meet the challenges of modernising their infrastructure, bringing simplification and performance in a secure manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with vendors to manage product design and work with service partners and internal resource capability to build end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
  2. Ratify solutions agreed with pre-sales and vendors to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the technical requirements of the customer.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hybrid solutions environments, servers, and storage methods.
  4. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
  5. Experience working with multi-vendor tools and pre-sales environments is essential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent product experience with Dell, HPE, or Cisco.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid solutions environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers and storage methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with multi-vendor tools and pre-sales environments.
