**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer medication and manage regular stock levels
  • Assist with moving and handling using a hoist
  • Provide gastrostomy care and personal care
  • Deliver specialized techniques and assist with daily living tasks
  • Accompany clients in the community and provide administrative support
  • Contribute to general housekeeping and maintenance

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
