Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Peterlee, County Durham. Our client is a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm with a strong presence in the Northeast.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, with a strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and right to buy matters. You will be responsible for running purchase files from start to finish with minimal supervision, working under your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend clients, provide quotes, take instructions, and offer updates, demonstrating the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Develop excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people.
