Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to lead our dialysis clinic in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operations management of the clinic, ensuring a seamless patient journey and a welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic team, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Liaise with external organizations, such as NHS Trusts and the CQC, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new processes to drive quality improvements and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Onboard new team members and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely report submissions, maintaining compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and patients.
  • Proven track record of leading by example, promoting a value-driven culture that fosters excellence and teamwork.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing changing situations in a clinical environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £39,330 - £42,330 per annum, depending on experience.
