At Capital Care Group, we are seeking an Activity Coordinator to join our team at Weston Park.

The Activity Coordinator will work closely with the care team to deliver a varied activities programme that meets the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities

  1. Support and encourage residents to take part in group or individual activities that reflect their hobbies and interests.
  2. Record the impact of activities and contribute to the residents' social and recreational section of their care plan.
  3. Get to know our residents, their interests, and life stories to deliver events that enrich their lives.
  4. Promote activities in the community and encourage family and friends to become involved.

We are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Knowledge of the impact of activities on residents with dementia.
  • A positive attitude and an understanding of teamwork.
  • Relevant training and experience in a similar role.
  • An outgoing and creative personality.
