Kantar Group Data QC Analyst Job

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data QC Analyst to join our Quality Control (QC) Team at Kantar Group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, utilizing your analytical skills and technical expertise to maintain high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about data analysis and quality assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate data from BARB homes and identify potential faults that require correction.
  • Review data collected from new homes to ensure it meets all necessary criteria for inclusion on the active panel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Panel Admin Team and field engineers, to address data quality issues.
  • Support field engineers in troubleshooting data quality problems and provide guidance on data quality best practices.
  • Utilize various tools and dashboards to analyze data quality issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the performance and efficiency of other team members, including technicians and data entry specialists.
  • Ensure that all QC activities are completed within specified timeframes to meet contract Service Level Agreements.
Your Profile
  • You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • You have experience running statistical data analyses, either in a previous role or as part of an academic qualification.
  • You are familiar with various tools and dashboards used for data investigation and quality control, such as SQL and Python.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can evaluate and interpret data accurately.
  • You are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
