We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to enhance our vibrant cocktail bar and eatery in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Act as a positive leader and role model, training and motivating our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
- Business Management: Confidently work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage shifts and team members to help maximize sales and meet personal KPI targets.
- Financial Oversight: Work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain labour efficiency, manage stock control, and conduct performance reviews of team members.
- Guest Relations: Manage guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.
- Knowledge of cash management and experience with Zonal operational systems.
- Bar experience with a passion for cocktail development.
- Experience leading small teams.
- Competitive pay: £11.80ph.
- 45 hours pw.
