As an Electrostatic Coating Specialist at Verallia UK's Glass Decoration Department in Castleford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our electrostatic spray coating line. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the spray line team efficiently to maintain workflow.
  • Perform machine start-up/shut down and oversee job changes as per production plans.
  • Implement correct machine settings to achieve maximum efficiency and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular Quality Control tests to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine settings using recognized documentation.
  • Complete process records effectively and within a timely manner throughout the shift.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks according to agreed schedules.

This is a shift position, working a 3-crew pattern with 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, including day and night shifts. You will receive an uplift for working a Friday night once during the 3-week cycle.
