About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool in Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on activities tailored to each child's needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
