Automotive Technician

Eden Brown Education is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at a college in Greater Manchester.
This is a temporary role, although the college would also consider permanent applicants. As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will work alongside lecturers, assisting with the maintenance of our state-of-the-art workshops, preparing resources for practical sessions, and supporting the delivery of motor vehicle sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of practical motor vehicle sessions
- Maintain and service a wide range of vehicles and equipment
- Assist teaching staff with classroom setup and practical demonstrations
- Ensure the workshop meets health and safety standards
- Provide technical support to students during hands-on activities
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or similar
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff and students
- Passion for inspiring and developing future automotive professionals
A DBS will be required for this role. If you do not have a current DBS, Eden Brown Education can apply for one on your behalf.
