About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Linen Porter to join our team at Ham Yard Hotel, a prestigious and award-winning boutique hotel in the heart of London. As a Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently collect and deliver linen across all hotel departments, ensuring timely and organized distribution.
  • Sort and separate used linen for return to the laundry team, maintaining stock levels in all linen cupboards.
  • Support the Room Attendants by ensuring all linen is clean, fresh, and readily available, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
  • Work closely with a team of ambitious, friendly, and hardworking individuals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
