About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Senior Community Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our social media team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to engage with our audience.

At 1000heads, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality social media services to our clients. Our team is comprised of social media obsessives who are passionate about creating kick-ass editorial and social conversation.

  • You will work closely with our team to monitor conversations and create engaging connections with our community.
  • Responsibilities include strategically feeding into monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to senior stakeholders.
  • As the key client contact, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with social algorithms to optimize content production and publication.
  • You'll be responsible for cultivating online conversation through quality-led moderation.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in social and digital or integrated marketing within an agency environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools for publishing, moderation, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management and organizational skills.
  • An excellent writer with experience in social copywriting and editorial, writing in fluent English.
  • Superb time management skills with attention to detail.
