Picture Framing Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tutor to deliver engaging classes in Picture Framing at Richmond Adult Community College.

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching a range of learner groups and ability levels, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction with the College and its services. You will also advise line managers on ideas for developing and promoting sessions/courses to increase learner numbers and attract new learner groups.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality learning sessions
• Assessing and providing feedback to students
• Preparing and administering assessments and examinations
• Providing educational guidance and support to students
• Developing and promoting courses to increase learner numbers

About You:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tutor with a passion for Picture Framing and a commitment to delivering high-quality education. You will have a strong understanding of the subject area and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key requirements include:

• English and Maths minimum Level 2 qualifications
• Qualification or industry experience in Picture Framing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
