Join Curve's Treasury Team

We're seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team at Curve. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a vital role in managing our Treasury Operations, ensuring efficient payments and treasury processes, and developing a 'best-in-class' Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our Treasury Operations, including cash and liquidity management, FX risk, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Own and optimize all banking relationships, investigating and deploying new banking products related to cash management, FX, investments, and other tools.
  • Oversee month-end close procedures, ensuring bank reconciliations are carried out and improving financial controls over operational areas.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, supporting Payment and Treasury Operations Analysts with queries and connecting them to finance team members as needed.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business, supporting new product launches, designing reporting capabilities, and advising on risk appetite.
  • Lead a team of two analysts, developing and instituting best practices, including governance, frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
  • Design and automate financial control and bank reconciliation processes, ensuring end-to-end review and validation of settlement flows.
  • Manage and lead safeguarding-related audits, working with audit firms and regulators, and coordinating internally across departments.
  • Support the development of key financial reporting and metric tracking, managing banking partner relationships, and ensuring portfolio accounts are fit for purpose.
  • Optimize costs and revenue, focusing on improving Curve's unit economics, and monitoring control remediation findings and audit actions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Financial, Regulatory, or Payment Operations.
  • Strong understanding of protection and custodianship of customer assets and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience designing, automating, and running treasury processes, as well as running and designing reconciliation and control processes.
  • Proactive, tenacious, task-focused problem solver with experience of bank reconciliation.
