Vulnerability Support Teacher - Special Educational Needs

We are seeking an inspirational teacher who is passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide tailored support and education that meets the unique needs of each individual.

About the Role

This position requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality education and support to students with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have QTS/QTLS or relevant experience as a teacher and professional or personal experience working with vulnerable children.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the needs of students with SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective support for students
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student wellbeing and achievement
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting the wellbeing and career development of our staff.
