About the Role:
People Group Limited is seeking a skilled Senior MEP Commercial Director to oversee the commercial aspects of projects valued between £1m to £15m, focusing on life sciences and healthcare sectors, including fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial elements of projects, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement commercial strategies.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
About the Company:
Our client, a leading Ventilation Contractor and Heavy Engineering Specialist, boasts an in-house manufacturing facility and a skilled design team, with a workforce of 100 employees. They thrive on strong, long-term client relationships and a steady order book for the upcoming years.
Requirements:
Strong MEP background, ideally with mechanical expertise, though electrical expertise will also be considered.
Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of projects, with a focus on life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
